Class Workouts
Pinnacle Fitness Club classes are a great way to work out, be social, and use the community for support in accomplishing your fitness goals! Let our certified and trained fitness professionals work with you in strength-training, conditioning, flexibility, and toning. Most group exercise classes are open to all ages and fitness levels.
Cardiovascular conditioning can be done in the water too! Without the pounding on joints, this class provides great exercise and toning, leading to improved range of motion, strength, coordination, and flexibility. It's all about fun and connecting with members without the sweat!
Know as the Zumba "pool party." Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
This group weight-training class will help you develop strength, core stability, and stamina with proper weight-lifting techniques. We use barbells, dumbbells, and body resistance to work every major muscle group.

This intense 45-minute or 60-minute cardio class uses our indoor cycles to achieve maximum calorie burn!
Do you like surprises? This class is for you! Class will begin in the GE room. Formats could include: treadmill, bootcamp, outdoors, SWEAT and more! It's good to surprise your mind and body.
S.W.E.A.T. stands for Strength-Weights-Endurance-Athletic-Training, and sweating is what you will be doing! This exciting class is the best combination of cardio and weights yet!
Toning moves mixed with fun, low-impact cardio moves ending with core, balance and stretching. It's a great head-to-toe toning and cardio class for those looking for a group setting without the intimidation.
Our yoga classes focus on breath, posture, and meditation, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated! Classes are offered for beginner and intermediate students throughout the week:
Gentle Yoga
Time to relax! This class teaches the basics of yoga postures, breathing, and balance. No previous yoga experience required!
Power Yoga
Find the edge you've been looking for in your yoga practice! Be prepared to power through a warrior-based vinyasa with arm-balances, inversions, and crazy asanas you never thought you could do. All levels are welcomed and encouraged!
Vinyasa Yoga
This class is offered for beginner and intermediate students. The class will include breath work, posture, meditation, and relaxation. You will leave this class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
Fuses the disciplines of yoga, Pilates, and core-conditioning to produce long, lean muscles and a strong, flexible body. This one-hour class allows the participant to work from the inside out, creating a unique, results-oriented class experience. This class is open to all levels and no experience is required.
Add some spice to your workout! This Latin-based dance-exercise is fun and easy to do, with high-energy music and unique combinations. No dance experience required!
