Trial Membership Application
To be eligible for a trial membership, the applicant must meet the following criteria:

Guests must present two forms of identification, with at least one picture ID, at first visit. Expired temporary or permanent members are not eligible. Guests are allowed only one trial membership; additional trial memberships will not be issued after expiration. Trial membership is valid for 1 week from date of application date.
